What You’ll Do

Sales Outreach & Relationship Building 👨‍🚀

Identify and secure new partnerships for Carbon Cleanup’s Recycling Tech & Materials through proactive outreach, while managing and nurturing ongoing prospect relationships.

Deck Creation & Presentation Prep 🚀

Support the creation of tailored decks for pitches and client meetings, ensuring impactful presentations.

Own International Sales Projects 🌎

Take ownership of international sales projects, conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and providing valuable insights to Sales, Marketing, Product Management teams.

Data Management & Visualization 🧠

Assist in managing and visualizing sales and market data, turning insights into clear, actionable reports that support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

• Entry level sales role, 1-3 years of sales, account management, marketing or a good reason why you think you are still a good fit.
• A passion for sales and customer engagement - making meaningful connections and closing deals.
• You have a background in Injection Molding/ 3D Printing or a strong interest in diving deep into these fields.
• Highly organised with CRM, emails and documents with the ability to manage your time effectively
• Extraordinary strong communication skills- in English and German.
• Excellent ability to create customised client-facing decks and presentations.
• Other languages are a plus.
• International experience is a bonus.
• You have a sharp business mindset and can think strategically while executing.
• You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can juggle multiple tasks.
• A hands-on attitude: proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership.

For this position, the CBA minimum is € 2.500 and we are willing to offer a significant overpayment in alignment with your experience and qualification.
