What You’ll Do

As a People & Culture Intern, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring that Carbon Cleanup is an amazing place to work. Your tasks will include:

Recruitment & Onboarding 🧑‍🚀

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to scheduling interviews.
• Create a one of a kind onboarding experience for new team members.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track progress.

People, Culture and Administrative: 🎉🤓

• Help organize awesome team events: from ski trips to BBQs.
• Support our Company Learning Initiatives internally and externally.
• Work on Employer Branding Projects
• Support day-to-day HR tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Proactively find ways to enhance our workplace environment

What You Bring

• You’re currently studying (or have recently graduated in) HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or have a good reason you think you’re still a fit
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Hands-on mentality and thriving in fast paced environemnet
